I’m a mother, wife, foodie, and fitness lover in the Pacific Northwest. My journey through crossfit fitness has led me to give the Paleo lifestyle a try, and it stuck. Since then, I’ve enjoyed discovering and trying new, good-for-me foods and am excited to share this with you!

Between attending classes full time (working my way towards optometry,) keeping up with my kindergartener, and having an amazing marriage, I somehow find the time to keep us eating real foods and staying active together. I enjoy yoga, running, and bootcamp classes at Jowers Training Systems.
